The brief

Zurich Australia collaborated with Zurich global on a digital strategy for the APAC region. The aim was to align the APAC digital presence with the global brand and apply modern best-practice standards to their digital experience.

Lumos provided recommendations and delivery of a roadmap for digital customer experience in alignment with Zurich's international brand guidelines. Pain points addressed included a dated mobile experience, challenging information architecture, inefficient content authoring workflow, SEO, accessibility, as well as enabling improved analytics, social integration, and personalisation.

We conducted an in-depth analysis and produced a clear and comprehensive set of recommendations that enabled the Zurich board to understand their options. We then planned and executed a roadmap of successive projects in collaboration with Zurich to implement the approved recommendations.
