What we delivered
Tourism Australia undertook a major digital transformation between 2015-17 to consolidate segmented brands into a single unified platform in support of its vision to make Australia the most memorable and desirable travel destination in the world.

Our Approach
As part of the digital transformation program, Lumos Digital worked closely with Tourism Australia's internal team and Adobe Consulting Services both locally and off-shore to consolidate the four major brand websites, including the flagship Australia.com, Australia.cn and Aussie Specialist global travel agent training platforms.
The Outcome
The Aussie Specialist Program is the key tool in equipping travel agents and partners to sell Australia to consumers and to date 20,000 travel agents have been through the program. Lumos played a vital role in the localisation and delivery of this e-learning platform for 15 languages in Tourism Australia’s key target markets as well as supporting the China specific platform development which is hosted and managed in mainland China.
