Our Approach
Lumos brought a multi-disciplinary team into Healthdirect’s agile digital environment. The teams worked collaboratively in a lean, agile environment to deliver a large volume of key digital initiatives to Healthdirect’s stakeholders. The Lumos team were involved in agile showcases, aiming to get early feedback from business and executive stakeholders.
The Outcome
